Code of Conduct - PNE Venues
Please be considerate of other guests at all times. Inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour including profanity or unruly conduct, will not be tolerated. Individuals who fail to follow these expectations may be removed from the premises without refund.
Guests may be removed from the premises for engaging in any of the following behaviours:
- Excessive alcohol consumption or bringing alcohol or intoxicating substances onto PNE property
- Possession of weapons or objects that could be used as weapons
- Possession of illegal drugs
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour, including:
- Obscene, offensive, or abusive language or gestures
- Fighting, taunting, threatening remarks, or physical aggression
- Any dangerous, illegal, or abusive conduct
- Wearing obscene or indecent clothing, or engaging in indecent exposure or undressing
- Smoking or vaping inside venues or in non‑designated smoking areas
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the progress of any event, attraction, or performance
- Selling tickets, merchandise, or distributing promotional materials on PNE property without prior approval
- Possession of prohibited items or engaging in conduct that falls outside reasonable behaviour expected at a public, family‑oriented event
- Failing to follow attire expectations:
- Shirts, bottoms, and footwear are required
- Bikini or bathing suit tops must be covered while attending PNE events
- Sheer, mesh, or see‑through clothing cannot be used as a cover‑up
- Clothing must be appropriate for a family environment; guests wearing offensive or inappropriate attire may be asked to return with suitable clothing
Prohibited Items - PNE Venues
Guests who inadvertently bring prohibited items to a venue or event have two options before entry can be granted:

Return the item(s) to a location of the guest’s choosing outside the venue.
Please note: the PNE does not offer storage services. -
Voluntarily surrender the item(s) for disposal.
Surrendered items will not be returned.
Please be aware that prohibited items that violate federal law may result in criminal charges. The PNE and its event operators/promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to allow or deny access to any item based on the nature of the event.
The following items are not permitted at PNE venues and events:
Transportation & Mobility Devices (non‑medical)
- Skateboards, scooters (motorized or non‑motorized), inline skates, shoes with built‑in wheels
- Bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, pogo sticks
- Motorcycles, two‑wheeled vehicles, Segway™ devices (unless medically required)
Weapons & Hazardous Objects
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, billy clubs, brass knuckles, martial arts equipment (e.g. nunchucks, throwing stars)
- Replica weapons, toy guns, water pistols
- Self‑defense items such as pepper spray, mace, stun guns
- Restraining devices (e.g. handcuffs, zip ties)
- Suspicious items such as box cutters, razor blades, duct tape, or wire
Sporting Equipment
- Any sports equipment, unless previously approved in advance
Disruptive or Dangerous Items
- Laser pointers, slingshots, stink bombs
- Fireworks, flares, aerosol cans, paints, or flammable liquids
- Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two‑way radios (event‑dependent)
Miscellaneous Restricted Items
- Chewing gum, mints, unidentified pills
- Tools, fire extinguishers
- Musical instruments, megaphones
- Pots, pans, helium balloons
- Frisbees, beach balls, inflatables, or other projectiles
- Drones, model aircraft, remote‑controlled toys or devices
- BBQs, grills, or food‑cooking equipment
- Sporting goods or gear
Chairs & Seating

Personal chairs (e.g. folding, lawn, pop‑up, etc.)
Exceptions may be made for cane‑chairs or seat‑walker mobility aids. Please contact gx@pne.ca before your visit.
Costumes & Face Coverings
- Costume masks or face coverings that impact safety or security

How to access my mobile tickets

Before you reach the venue, download your tickets via the 'Your Mobile Tickets are available to download' email from Ticketleader@ticketleader.ca or log into 'My Account' from your mobile and view 'My Upcoming Events'. |

Once you select your event, view and add tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet. **Note: You must access your account via a mobile device to add them to your wallet** Open Wallet, select your event and show your mobile ticket at entry and you’re in! |

When will my tickets be sent to me?
Your tickets will arrive in the original ticket purchaser's inbox 48 hours before showtime. If your tickets have not arrived within 48 hours, please refer to the section below.
I have yet to receive my tickets. How do I find them?
Please try to first search original ticketholder's inbox with the subject line: “Your mobile tickets have arrived”.
Make sure you are checking the email that is linked to your TicketLeader account.
If you still cannot locate your tickets, please reach out to info@ticketleader.ca or 604-252-3700, during call centre hours, and quote your confirmation number. You can also visit the box office on the day of the event.
You cannot access your tickets through your TicketLeader account online.
How do I sell or transfer my tickets?
TicketLeader does not have the capability to resell tickets on behalf of ticketholders.
If you would like to transfer tickets, please follow the instructions below:

Wait for your tickets to appear in your account on Ticketleader.ca (Usually appears within 48 hours of showtime.)

Go to “Account”

Select “Transfer”

The guest who is receiving tickets from you must also have a TicketLeader account. Create a TicketLeader account.
Tickets will be emailed to the guest.
What to do if my show is cancelled or postponed?
If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, original ticket purchasers will receive an email outlining the refund deadline and details.
In some cases, a refund is automatic and in others you must request it before the deadline date and time.
Please note, refund windows are set by event promoters. TicketLeader does not have the ability to change deadlines or provide a refund after a deadline has passed.
What are your Call Centre Hours?
Call Centre Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sundays and Holidays: Closed.
During the PNE Fair, the TicketLeader Call Centre will be open daily from 10am to 8pm.
Please note we anticipate higher than normal call volume please be patient with our staff as they work to get to all the calls in a timely manner
Do you have Ticket Holder Insurance?
FanShield is an optional add-on that can be purchased online in conjunction with your ticket purchase. FanShield protects your purchase from unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.

Venue Accessibility
Entrance & Parking
- Pacific Coliseum: Entrance along the main south doors at Gate A, or for select events along the west side of the venue at Gate B. Accessible parking is available on a first come, first serve basis with entrance through Gate 6. If all accessible parking is full, the parking team will do their best to direct guests with accessible needs to the closest available parking.
- PNE Forum: Entrance at the North and South of the building both have ramps into the venue. Parking is through Gate 2, the parking team will do their best to direct guests with accessible needs to the closest available parking.
- Agrodome: Entrance to the main concourse is ground level through the South of the building. To access the event level of the venue, the entrance is at the North doors. These are not available for all events at the Agrodome. Please reach out to Guest Services to confirm available event level access for the Agrodome.
- Playland: Entrance is along Hastings Street. Parking at Lot 16 is along Hastings and Windermere Street. Designated accessible parking stalls are marked with signage.
- PNE Fair: Entrance is through gates around Hastings Park with designated accessible parking marked. Guests are recommended to enter in through the gate and park near the landmark venue noted above to find the most efficient entrance for the PNE Fair experience.
Accessible Washrooms
- Pacific Coliseum accessible stalls are located in each of the washrooms along the concourse. There are two single stall/universal washrooms on the North/East side of the venue.
- Playland accessible stalls are located in the Mainline washrooms on the East as well as the Enterprise washrooms on the West of Playland.
- PNE Fair accessible stalls are located in all public venues as well as the Centre Grounds washroom trailer.
Accessible Seating
- Pacific Coliseum: Accessible accommodations at this time are limited and must be reserved in advance. Ticketholders who have purchased standard tickets but require accessible seating will need to exchange their tickets prior to arriving at the venue. The Pacific Coliseum does not have the facilities to provide wheelchair or accessible seating on the floor level of the venue and wheeled mobility viewing is limited on Suite level.
Accessible seating can be purchased online. Although the seats look like it is two rows, the seats in the pod are offset, which means you need to purchase the same seat number in each row to sit together. As an example, select Row AC1 – seat 4 and Row AC2 – seat 4.
Guests requiring accessible seating at Pacific Coliseum can purchase accessible and purchase companion seating for select shows directly online or by connecting with TicketLeader directly.

- PNE Forum: The PNE Forum is a General Admission venue with viewing locations on the floor. The PNE Forum does not have the facilities to provide wheelchair or accessible seating in the General Admission bench stands of the venue.
Autism Accessibility
- Sensory kits are available at the main concourse Guest Services just inside Gate A for Pacific Coliseum events only while supplies last for select events.
Guide Dog/Service Dog/Pets
- Animals are not permitted at the PNE (Playland, PNE Fair, or other ticketed events and shows) with the exception of Service Animals. Please have documentation available. You may be asked to provide proper identification at the gates. Guide dogs and service dogs (as well as puppies-in-training carrying BC Government Identification) are welcome in all public areas at the PNE. Accepted certification includes Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS), BC & Alberta Guide Dog Services, Vancouver Island Compassion Dogs, Assistance Dogs International, or the International Guide Dog Federation. For more information on these accredited school click here. The guide or service dog must remain on leash or harness and/or under the control of their handler at all times.
Bags/Purses/Backpacks
The PNE has a no large bag policy and currently only allows small bags and clear bags at our venues and events. Bags larger than 8.5×11 inches (the size of a standard piece of paper) will not be permitted into the venue. For everyone’s safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring small clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs, or clear (i.e. see-through) bags.
This policy allows us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome guests into the event. All bags and hand-carried items will be subject to a search and screened for prohibited items prior to entry. Medical and Childcare bags are permitted but subject to inspection.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted, providing they are collapsible/compact measuring 12 inches or shorter. We kindly ask that guests keep umbrellas with them at all times and be mindful that they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event.
Cameras
Cameras and/or video cameras are permitted, but selfie sticks and drones are not permitted onsite. Professional photoshoots and photography equipment, including but not limited to: cameras with detachable lenses, telephoto lenses, backdrops, green screens, tripods and deflective screens are not permitted onsite. The PNE requires that all photographs or videos taken by guests be used for their personal enjoyment ONLY. Media please connect with laura@lbmg.ca in advance of your visit.
Methods of Payment
The PNE is a cashless site. Credit and debit cards are accepted for admission, food & beverage, and games. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Along with prepaid credit cards. Gift cards are available at the Guest Services locations.
Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in venues and at events at the PNE. For exception permission due to medical reasons, please connect with our Guest Experience team in advance of your visit at gx@pne.ca
Lost Person
If an individual becomes separated from your group contact the nearest PNE staff member, security officer, or visit any Guest Experience for immediate assistance. Plan ahead with your group and designate a meeting place in case of separation.
Lost and Found
If you have lost a personal item while at an event at the PNE, visit Guest Services in the venue. To leave an inquiry for a lost item please email lostandfound@pne.ca or fill out the lost and found form. Every attempt will be made to locate the lost item and you will be contacted within 48 hours if your item is found. The PNE does not reimburse patrons for lost or stolen items.
Note: All found or checked items will be destroyed or donated if unclaimed after 14 days.
Family Amenities
Baby Changing Tables
- Pacific Coliseum: Located in each of the washrooms on the concourse including the universal family washrooms.
- Playland: Located in each of the washrooms along the Mainline, behind Triple O’s, and in Kids Place.
Breast Feeding/Infant Feeding
- The PNE is an inclusive site and guests are welcome to breastfeed anywhere convenient within our public spaces. Should you require outside food for your infant or child, please reach out to our Guest Experience team in advance at gx@pne.ca
Strollers
- We recommend that you do not bring a stroller to venue events as we cannot guarantee storage space. There are very limited spaces for storing strollers and will be permitted on a first come, first serve basis. Stroller parking spaces are not monitored and left at your own risk. Children requiring their own seat in venues or over 3 years or 36 inches tall will require their own ticket. Please check the specific event information as the rules do sometimes change.
First Aid
PNE venues and events have a designated First Aid area. Please connect with the nearest PNE staff member, security officer, or visit any Guest Experience for immediate assistance.
Mobile Phone Chargers
Mobile phone chargers are available to rent for a fee throughout the PNE when attending events. See below for venue locations:
- Pacific Coliseum: Near the Guest Experience booth on the main concourse
- PNE Forum: On the North/East side of the floor
- Playland: Along the games mainline near Fun Dunkers Mini Donuts
Noise Makers
Nosie makers are not permitted at any other events or venues, with the exception of PWHL games. Noise makers are allowed only if they are small, handheld, and used without disrupting nearby fans or game operations. Anything that creates sharp, continuous, or amplified sound is not permitted. This includes airhorns, whistles, clappers with metal components, and any battery powered devices. All items are subject to inspection. Arena staff reserve the right to restrict or remove any noise makers at any time if it impacts safety, visibility, or the fan experience.
Parking and Transportation
Parking at the PNE is limited and fills up quickly, onsite parking is not guaranteed. For the easiest and most reliable experience, we recommend arriving by transit, on foot, carpool, taxi, or ride sharing services.
Public transit is one of the most convenient ways to get to the PNE, with frequent bus service along Hastings Street and easy connections from TransLink, including access via the #16 bus from Renfrew SkyTrain Station.
If you choose to drive, paid parking is available at select lots along Renfrew Street (Gates 2 and 6), Gate 9 off Bridgeway Street, and Lot 16 at Hastings Street and Windermere. Parking is $25 and payable via EasyPark pay stations or the EasyPark mobile app.

Re-Entry
Ins-and-outs are not permitted. Once you have entered the secure plaza or scanned into the venue you will not be permitted to exit and re-enter.
Exception to this is during Playland and the PNE Fair. Check signage or connect with team members to confirm times to exit and re-enter these events.
Signs and Flags (PWHL Games)
We love the energy and passion PWHL fans bring with their signs and flags. Unless otherwise noted by teams or event staff, guests may bring signs and flags to cheer on the league, the team, and the players.
All signs and flags must follow these guidelines:
- Size — Signs and flags must be handheld and no larger than 28×22 inches (the size of a standard poster board). No poles or sticks (nothing attached to a stick, pole, or rigid support).
- Don’t block others — Your sign or flag can’t interfere with the game, game presentations, or the view/experience of other fans. Keep it supportive — Signs and flags should be positive, family-friendly, and focused on celebrating the game and the players.
- No commercial, inappropriate, or divisive messaging — Please avoid signs and flags that are commercial, vulgar, discriminatory, disrespectful, political, or a tool used for incitement or protest. No hanging or draping — Signs and flags must stay handheld and can’t be hung or cover any venue signage or displays.
Signs and flags are not permitted at any other venues or events at the PNE.
Smoking and Vaping
The PNE is a smoke-free environment. There are no smoking areas inside or outside venues. Exception for this is designated smoking areas at specific events. Playland, Fright Nights, and the PNE Fair.
Water Fountains/Water Bottles
Personal plastic water bottles are permitted inside the venues. They cannot be glass or metal and must be emptied for entrance. Water fountains are located throughout indoor and outdoor venues. Guests may be required to discard the contents of reusable bottles before entering venues or events.
Camelbacks and hydration backpacks are not permitted. Some events may NOT permit water bottles, please check specific event Know Before You Go emails for more information or connect with gx@pne.ca
WiFi
The PNE does not have dedicated guest WiFi. Please ensure you have successfully downloaded your admission tickets to your digital wallet before arriving onsite to reduce any wait times or denied entry.
