Ticketleader and its partners, strive to provide everyone, including individuals living with disabilities, access to all of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations offered through TicketLeader’s website.

Playland Admission:

Access 2 Entertainment Card holders are eligible for complimentary admission* for an accompanying attendant with their admission purchase. The Access 2 Entertainment card holder admission may be purchased online or onsite the day of your visit. Complimentary attendant admission tickets must be redeemed onsite, at the plaza ticket booths, prior to entering the park.

To obtain a complimentary attendant admission, guests must present a valid Access 2 Entertainment card at the plaza ticket booths before entering the park on the date of your visit along with proof of admission purchase for the Access 2 Entertainment card holder. The Access 2 Entertainment card holder must be present at the time of request.
Please note, that the Access 2 Entertainment Card cannot be combined with other free admission offers/pricing as defined on their website

 

Accessible Restrooms at Playland

The accessible restroom provides step-free access and is located beside I Scream, U Scream (Ice Cream)

 

Rentals at Playland

Wheelchair and Stroller rentals are available first come, first serve, at Guest Services.

PNE Forum & Pacific Coliseum

Both the PNE Forum and Pacific Coliseum are equipped with accessible washrooms and wheelchair access. The Pacific Coliseum does not have the facilities to provide wheelchair or accessible seating on the floor level of the venue.  Guests requiring accessible seating at Pacific Coliseum can purchase accessible and companion seating for select shows directly online or by connecting with Ticketleader directly.
